Donate Care & Recovery Items
Sometimes the first reconstruction isn’t the last step. Revision surgeries can adjust shape, fix complications, or refine results for better comfort and confidence. Here you’ll find options designed to improve and personalize your reconstruction.
Extending comfort, dignity, and healing —
one shared item at a time.
Many people accumulate meaningful care and recovery items during their cancer or reconstruction journey — items that still have life, comfort, and purpose left in them. At the same time, others are starting their journey without access to those same supports.
Coastal Hope for Healing’s Care & Recovery Donations Program bridges that gap by redistributing gently used, safe recovery items to individuals navigating breast cancer treatment, reconstruction, and healing.
This program transforms personal generosity into practical, compassionate support — helping people feel cared for, prepared, and less alone.
What the Care & Recovery Donations Program Is
The Care & Recovery Item Donation Program collects gently used or new recovery-related items and makes them available to breast cancer patients and survivors who may benefit from them.
Rather than assembling standardized kits, this program allows individuals to request the specific items they need, ensuring that support is:
Practical
Personalized
Dignified
Low-waste
Community-driven
This initiative reflects our belief that healing resources should be shared, accessible, and sustainable.
Why Care & Recovery Donations Matter
Breast cancer recovery often requires tools, comfort items, and specialized supplies — many of which are expensive, hard to find, or only needed temporarily.
By redistributing care and recovery items, this program helps:
Reduce financial strain on patients and families
Prevent waste of meaningful, lightly used items
Increase access to comfort and recovery support
Build a culture of community care and mutual aid
Remind survivors their journey can help others
What once supported one person’s healing can now support another’s.
